969075 - Update "Promote MDN" page to include tracking codes & wordpress plugin

I'd like to update the promote MDN page in the following ways:

1. Use the new graphics from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=936539

2. Take the images from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Project:Promote_MDC and add them to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/promote and then redirect the Promote MDN page to the promote MDN page.

3. Add a tracking code so we can count the number of people who generate an image/link. 

4. Add a tracking code to the link generated by each image so we can track in GA how many people click on them and come to MDN

5. Add information on the word press plugs in, with the ability to track clicks to the plugin page 

6. Add the capability to know how many people come to MDN from links laced by the wordpress plugin

I think from the dev side all we need is the tracking code (#3 & #4 above).
