The string "Incoming Caller ID" text is truncated in the header

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Select Spanish (Deutsch) as default language
3) Open the Dialer app
4) Input *#30# code
5) Press green Dialer button and look at the header

Actual:
 The string "Incoming Caller ID" text is truncated

Expected:
 The string is not truncated in the header

What about "ID interlocutor"? I can't find a better word right now for the person who is doing an incoming call ("llamante" sounds awful to me).

OK, I also edited the translation of "Outgoing Caller ID" and applied the same translation to keep consistency (and prevent another bug too :P).
