OS: Ubuntu 12.10 x32 

STR:

1.Start the First Run Tour from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/29.0a2/whatsnew/.
2. Go to step 1.
3. Minimize the page.
4. Restore the page.

Expected:
The page is displayed with the menu panel opened.

Actual:
The page is displayed and after 1 sec the menu panel is opened.

This is currently intended behavior as a temporary workaround for bug 949663. Once this is resolved we can remove the delay in the web page.
