TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | chrome://mochitests/content/browser/browser/base/content/test/general/browser_lastAccessedTab.js | originalTab has a valid timestamp
The problem here is the non-monotonic behavior of Date.now() on Windows. I think there is value in having this test run so getting rid of the Date.now() checks seems bad as well. There is no Windows-specific behavior here so I think we can disable this test on Windows and move on.
