What problems would this solve?

When an article is updated, localized versions needs to be updated as well. It'll be good to have email notifications at page editor's email addresses.

Who would use this?

MDN localizers

What would users see?

Users should receive email notification when their localized article's main (English) article is updated.

What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
Users will be aware that localized article needs update, and will likely update the aritcle.

Is there anything else we should know?

Note that, though it is not exactly the same, we now have dashboards that lists all document that need an update in a topic area. Shafiul, if interested in them, just ping me or e-mail me :-) Better than nothing, though no automatic mail.
