User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/24.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131205180928
Steps to reproduce:
I started Firefox (Installed to "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox") under my limited-user account (which does not have write access to anything in the install directory).
Actual results:
It gave me the Software Update dialog, saying that 24.3.0esr is available, and included an "Update Firefox" button.
It does not give me any reason to believe that this button will actually work in this situation. And yet it does.
Expected results:
Perhaps it should mention <https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-mozilla-maintenance-service>, because honestly when I started this bug I thought I was going to be reporting that it was giving me an "Update Firefox" button that could not possibly work.

There has only been one report like this that I am aware of and the people that are disconcerted as to why it works are usually the people that can find the answer using google. Adding UI for this edgecase isn't something we are going to do.
