Deprecate endTime, startTime and combining them into beginDate & endDate.

Attendees has inaccurate values.

Where attendees has a value of 6, it should actually be 500.

I think the only changes that are really necessary here are:

For attendees, convert the following values:
0 = 5
1 = 15
2 = 35
3 = 75
4 = 150
5 = 350
6 = 500

IMO we should just leave begin/end dates and times as they are. For historical purposes the date matters a lot more, so having the time at 0:00:00 is not a huge deal

Okay, I migrated the attendee values on prod. Does events2-api already support new columns, or should they be deleted outright, or...?

Yes, the migration has been run on prod for the new columns.

The other migration that would need to be run would be (in pseudocode):

For event in events,

if startTime
    startDate = startDate.time(startTime)
if endTime
    endDate = endDate.time(endTime)

deleteColumn(startTime)
deleteColumn(endTime)
