969621 - Assign Instantbird group on mozillians.org ownership to Patrick Cloke

The new Curated Groups feature landed in bug 936569, this allows creating of new groups but does not allow someone to become the admin/curator of a group which is already created (and they seem to be dynamically created if anyone adds a group to their profile). I'd like to take ownership of a particular group that's already been created.
