In order to provide a cost effective benefit to the UK employees, ( is also a widely adopted market practice), we will  contract with a vendor  EDENRED to provide UK employees with child care vouchers that will allow them to pay for child care services with money deducted pre-tax. It looks similar to an FSA : all the salary deductions are handled by payroll, we communicate to the vendor the list of employees wanting to participate and they send the actual "vouchers" directly to the employees.
