969909 - No scrolling possible in Messages with APZ enabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Messages
2. Open thread of messages (SMS) with long messages history (more than one screen)
3. Try to scroll up.


Actual results:

Screen looks like trying to scoll up several times but stayed on the bottom of messages history (newest one).
When new message has been delivered when user is in the screen then the new message is below and it is also impossible to scroll down to see it. User has to open keyboard. Then new message will be shown automatically but not with use of scrolling.


Expected results:

It should be possible to scroll up/down as it was earlier. The issue occurs with APZ enabled, when APZ is disabled scrolling works properly.
