 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 After deactive airplane mode, MS can't pop up input SIM PIN code interface immediately.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Enter "Settings->SIM security",active SIM PIN
 2.Enter "Settings",active "Airplane mode",than deactive "Airplane mode",MS will not pop up input SIM PIN code interface immediately.--KO
 3.If the screen is locked, to unlock the screen ,MS will pop up input SIM PIN code interface.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 After deactive airplane mode should pop up input SIM PIN code interface immediately.

If people forget input PIN code, he will can't receive call or sms forever until he input PIN code.

This issue no longer reproduces on the 02/10/14 1.3 build on a Buri. Also, this does not reproduce on the 1.2 or Master (1.4) builds.

It appears that this issue stop reproducing on the 02/06/14 1.3 build.
