Preferences
Under categories, Appearance thread is displayed by default (from previous
settings? I am not sure).
If I click one of other cagories such as Security and Privacy and then click the
triangle for Appearance, Mozilla crashes.
It seems at least three threads must be open for the crash to happen.
The crash occurrs regardless of the display of the scroll bar.
