1. Open browser app
2. Go to www.google.com
3. Tap on search field
4. Tap somewhere to hide keyboard
5. Swip up and down
EXPECT:
- User can scroll through the page.
ACTUAL:
- Frame is updated to the previous position, unable to swip

In the attached video, the viewport seems to be locked after keyboard dismissed. @kats, can you take a look at this bug?
