Details

Both tabs and the buttons in the tabbar visually indicate that they are clickable on hover. This is not the case for the buttons in the nav bar (though a tooltip does appear).
This was per-spec in the original spec for Australis, because this is what OS X does these days (try hovering e.g. the buttons in iTunes, or the buttons in the toolbar in Calendar.app, or TextEdit.app, or...). Because in the current state, there's no room for a 'pressed' state, this might change in the future. That's bug 909349, so I'm duping there.
