If I look at a bug in bugzilla, the form entries appear twice and some of the
content too. If I try to submit a comment, I get a error message from bugzilla
saying "No Bug #1234512345" (trying to comment on #12345) meaning that even
content prefilled is doubled.
Reproducible: Sometimes (mostly, but rare enough not always)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a bug page
