steps to reproduce:
1. On latest Chrome, load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/submit/details/test-app-jgjg
2. Add required details and try to add a screenshot

expected behavior:
Screenshot preview is shown after upload

actual behavior:
Continue button is enabled but screenshot preview is not enabled.

I can't reproduce with Chrome 32 on Linux. I see the screenshot preview. Which version are you using ? Are you still able to reproduce ?

I'm using Version 32.0.1700.107 on Mac.

STR:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/submit/?src=nav
2. Validate a hosted app and click Continue
3. Provide info for required fields
4. Attach a screenshot

observed behavior:
After uploading the screenshot, the preview is not shown.

I still can't see it, now with Chrome 33.0.1750.146 (Linux) and Aurora 29.0 (Linux). Others on Mac did reproduce though. 

Anyone able to reproduce, please look for errors in the JavaScript console and paste them here, and/or provide a screencast just to be sure. Thanks.
