A Redditor reported this[1] after entering customize mode on a recent Aurora:

Here are the STR from the user:
"Closed Aurora, re-opened Aurora, right-clicked title bar, selected "Customize", got this..."
We should try to figure this out. My initial bet is an add-on is adding some funk.
Putting this at a P2 until we know more, because this looks like a really horrible, broken experience.

I installed all of the add-ons on that list with the exception of the disabled ones and XmlUtils, The Addon Bar, Media Hint, and Echofon because I couldn't find them on AMO. Many of the add-ons in that list have new updates when compared to the version numbers present in the linked Reddit thread.
I'm gonna call this INCOMPLETE until we have more details and a better idea of how to reproduce this.
