Details

To assist with detection of problem that are either subjective quality issues or related to specific network configurations, we need to have a fairly large pool of individuals willing to run WebRTC calls and report both subjective quality metrics as well as information about failures. Possible thoughts here include usertesting.com, partners, and interested members of our contributor community.

We may be able to help with user testing of WebRTC issues on Firefox on our service appear.in. Many users report WebRTC related issues when using Firefox to us, and we may be able to recruit users to do more specific testing.
