The "get a phone" copy/link for non-JS users on /firefox/os/ is pretty poor. 

Visit http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/os/, turn off JavaScript, and scroll to the bottom.

Copy reads: "All your questions will be answered Read our extra helpful FAQ". "Read our extra helpful FAQ" links to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-os-faq, which is no longer maintained.

I think the most logical place to provide an accessible list of providers/links would be on the Firefox OS FAQ page:

http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/os/faq/

There is already a list of providers here, so it should just be a case of adding the relevant links.

We can link to this from /firefox/os/ for non-JS users, with some updated copy. Perhaps something along the lines of:

"Please read our FAQ for a full list of providers in available countries."

While working on this PR I noticed that on the /firefox/os/faq/ the phone is listed as being available in Hungary from:

* Hungary with both Telenor and Telekom

This doesn't seem correct however, since as far as I know it should be Telenor and T-Mobile? Can you confirm please Jen and I'll confirm with Pascal this string change is correct.
