This is similar to bug 864936 but NOT the same. For me it has been regressed recently. Not exactly sure when but probably in the last half month. I'm runnig v1.3 latest nightly on an Alcatel One Touch Fire device. After flashing the latest build I went through the FTE and in the date and time settings I selected Europe/Berlin. Even with both selected the display right next to the buttons and at the top does not change at all. They still show the default values which are America/New York. Steps: 1. Flash a new build to your device 2. Run the FTE 3. Select your timezone and city in the date and time settings After step 3 you will notice the above regression. It was working earlier this year with a 1.3 build.
