If I submit two comments in a row (maybe with a CC change on the first one), I get the following error:

http://i.stack.imgur.com/oRjyy.png

Since both the comments are mine, the text here is a bit confusing. "Submit only my new comment" actually doesn't override the previous comment, all it does is that it overrides the CC.

In fact, I'm not even clear as to what the two buttons do here, they seem to do the same thing.

Could the text here be a bit clearer as to what is happening? AFAICT in both cases all comments are submitted and no comment is "overwritten".

No, that's not what the text says. It says that for the first button only. For the 2nd button, only your comment will be submitted, with no mention of anything being overriden.

One submit all changes, the other one submit the comment only.

It's mentioned nowhere that a comment would be overriden. The text says "except for the added comment".

"Submit only my new comment" seems to imply that the old comment will be affected, since the old one is also "my" comment.

In this case, I only posted two comments. There were some CC changes in the first one I guess (the midair shows nothing about the second one), but basically both buttons have the same effect. I think.
