Details

Is necesary compose HTML mail with a source page, because if you use a the toolbar of Mozilla, the messages are very simple. For example, in Outlook Express if you choose View, Source Edit you can make a really HTML Mail, Mozilla maybe use a composer page using HTML Source.

Also, when you type a message in Mozilla (especially replies to HTML messages) the reply when viewed in Sent Items can look a good deal different than the reply when in the Compose window.
Bug 143593 is a dup or the way around.
Composer already has this functionality, so I think it must be possible to add the bottom tabs to the mail compose window as it appears in the Composer window. Normal | Show All Tags | HTML Source | Preview
