Details

the floating button is not placed correctly.  It spills out of the table on the
original page (an ad that changes frequently, so the URL is irrelevant.)  The
test case below shows the problem.

It's not a floating button, it's align=middle which means vertically aligned in
the middle - bug #606 is the placeholder for that problem.
