Description:
When user connects to Wi-Fi and then tries to connect to another network with wrong credentials, the previously connected network is forgotten and requires to enter credentials again
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140210004002
2) Go to Settings and connect to Wi-Fi network with correct credentials
3) Try to connect to another network with wrong credentials
4) Try to reconnect to the previous network with the correct credentials
Actual:
The network is forgotten and requires the user to reconnect again with the credentials
Expected:
The WiFi is automatically reconnects without requiring to enter the credentials

Tried couple times but couldn't reproduce the issue on 1.2 device
