9714 - Inbox with lowercase "i" is not recognized for biff notification

Using build 19990712 on Win98, my inbox for pop was created with a lower case
"i" using 4.51.  When I use that inbox for Seamonkey it shows up with a
lowercase "i" and biff does not recognize it.

Note: I don't know how to reproduce the lower case "i" for inbox on other
win98 systems.  This happens when I create a new profile with 4.51 on my win98
system.  I can't change the name of the inbox either.  Maybe it's because I have
a Hotmail account on that system too and it's using the Inbox name with the
upppercase.  In anycase I have no choice for my inbox, other users may run into
this too.

1. Starting with a pop mail account with the Inbox using a lowercase "I".
2. Add the biff statements in your prefs50.js file, using your pop account
server number
user_pref("mail.server.server1.check_new_mail", true);
user_pref("mail.server.server1.check_time", 1);
3. Launch Messenger
4. Open inbox and Get Msgs.
5. Send a message this same account a message.
6. Wait 1 minute to see the biff notification.  (green arrow pointing down on
inbox folder).    I never get it.   I should get the notification.  I guess we
should recognize lower case "i" for inbox too.

Fenella - when you verify this (once the bug is fixed), check to use Esther's
test account to make sure this bug is fixed.

I checked in a fix for this yesterday.  Any form of Inbox, Trash, Drafts, etc
should work in both POP and IMAP.

Using 19990722 on my win98 system (this is the system that created the Inbox with a lower case "i" for some unknown reason) this is  working now.   I tested this using the above scenario only.  I will verify this, if other cases show up we'll log a new bug.
