We need cards_view.js to be instantiable and let bootstrap or its parent module to instantiate it. Also jsdoc + unit test improvement wanted. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=935260 is tracking cardsview rework but we still leave this opened until rework is done.

There's two bugs modifying CardsView: bug 961800, bug 939809. I recommend to postpone this bug until both of them landed.
