Details

We need screen_manager.js to be instantiable and let bootstrap or its parent module to instantiate it.
Also jsdoc + unit test improvement wanted.

It is preferable if we could rethink what ScreenManager should do before converting it. I am working on taking out all the screen brightness control bits into separate modules -- will mark this bugs to be blocked by all these bugs.
