Download and save any file named foo.tar.gz (and I believe also foo.tgz) and it
is downloaded and saved ok, but it is also decompressed (ie gunzipped). But
the .gz suffix is not removed.
I'd personally prefer that the file be saved in its gzipped form (but there
seems to be no way to accomplish this in the preferences. the gunzipped form is
ok too,
but if the gunzipping is done, the file should be appropriately renamed.

What build are you using? If you're using save as with 0.9.3, then this has been
fixed since then. If your build is newer, then pleae reopen this bug.
