Details

When loading Developer Tools, there are the main tabs on the left, and the quick access tools on the right, which are the inspector, split console, paint tool, 3D view, scratch pad, and responsive design mode. These listed quick access tools shift either left or right by 1px when hovered over. This is happening on Windows 7; it does not happen on OSX (Mavericks).
I noticed this has been fixed on Windows, so I'm closing this report.
