Amira, I've edited the first 2 emails from https://teach.etherpad.mozilla.org/emailengagementtemplates 

I have some questions before I can finish:
1) For emails to people that have inputted and completed events, should this email be general, or Maker Party specific? The draft you wrote is Maker Party specific, but what if someone inputs an event outside of MP?

2) For messages to people that contribute a localized sprint:
a) is this an email, or an automated response through Transifex?
b) what exactly constitutes a localized sprint? Do you have to hit a certain threshold, or involve a certain number of people to receive this message?

The thing is that there is currently no way set up to auto send this email so last summer during the campaign we manually sent it. I have a feeling we will have to do the same which is why it's only MP specific.

Sorry if this wasn't clear on the pad. I think I verbally mentioned this at the workweek but we can't send an email to people who just join transifex. We can send a big one to the whole group through the transifex system but not individually or when people sign-up. This text was going to be placed on the top of the Webmaker transifex page as there is currently no description or places to point individuals to (Ali told me that people don't even need to create an account on Webmaker to translate and he suspect they don't all do it) so I changed the message/CTA accordingly. 

Other note, Ali was going to help get some of the emails translated once we were done with the copy!

I'm going to write a ticket for the webmaker.org account text to be updated and I just personally updated the webmaker listserve welcome text.

I've edited the initial event upload email and the post event email.

I've also drafted a version for Transifex, but I'm still not 100% clear on the CTA.  What do people need to do when reaching this page? Help us translate, or go visit webmaker.org?
