Description:
Cannot select 'Cancel' and 'Ok' buttons do not work while importing contacts from outlook

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140212004003
2) Reset phone or use the developer options to start FTE
3) Select English and setup a data connection or use wifi
4) Proceed through the FTE to Import contacts page
5) Select Outlook and sign in to an outlook or hotmail account
6) Select some contacts and select 'import'
7) While importing lose Internet connection (faraday bag works) and wait for the error dialog

Actual:
Selecting 'Cancel' or 'Ok' does not work while the error dialog is on screen.

Expected:
'Cancel' button cancels the import and 'Ok' button continues the importing.
