 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 Restart phone ,the volume of Music player / FM / Video player will not restore to a safe level.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Play music/FM/Video, than plug in headset
 2.Press Volume + key to adjust the volume,exceed the waring level.
 3.Click 'OK' item,then adjust the volume to max.
 4.Restart the phone,insert earphone enter to Music player / FM / Video player to check the volume.The volume is still the max--KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 Restart the phone,insert earphone enter to Music player / FM / Video player to check the volume.The volume will restore to a safe level.
  
 Remark:
 Bettle Lite FF have the same behavior.
