1. Launch marketplace-dev.allizom.org on your Firefox mobile nightly
2. Settings->Feedback
3. Submit some feedback
4. Notice the 'Feedback submitted!..' message

expected behavior:
The success message is pinned to the bottom of the screen

In testing this it seems the way to repro it is to click on the field that you're entering. This causes the text selection menu to appear. Albeit this is hidden on stable but visible in nightly.

If you scroll up a little when the keyboard is up this helps cause this to be reproducible. 

I notice that the main problem is a nasty redraw caused by the keyboard lowering which sometimes really messes up the height of the viewport and can cause the page to be zoomed in a weird way. This seems to result in the fixed notification being shown in the wrong place as the calculated position is off. There's also a grey bar which makes it look like the viewport has been ended before the bottom of the viewable space.

If the page height is updated to be scrollable this behaviour seems to go away and the zooming doesn't happen.

I've closed this PR for now as there's a patch in progress for the platform issue https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/pull/383 

We can alway re-open the PR should we decide we need it. I'll leave this open to track the upstream fix.

Still reproduceable on Stable 36.0.2 and nightly 39.0a1 (2015-03-17)
