Steps to reproduce:
Entered a website with a text input field. When putting focus on a different part of the website and tried to scroll
This is on an inari.
Actual results:
Unable to scroll, it would move a little in the right direction, but then return to its original position, leading to a "shaky screen" effect.
Expected results:
It should have allowed me to scroll...

What version of code are you running? There was a regression recently that had similar symptoms but it was fixed (bug 969455).

Hi,
sorry, newbie mistake. It's B2G-1.4.0.0-prerelease (Build from 12.02.2014)

looks, like it's been resolved now. I have the latest build on now... Just flashed it on and it works again.
