The report list appears to have broken HTML.

I think that's why the footer fails to stick to the bottom of the page. See attached screenshot.

Seeing that I was the one who did most of the recent refactoring of report list, I should probably look to fix this.

Bumping this to [qa-]. [qa+] should be used to notify QA that you want us to doggedly try to find corner cases and break the feature :-)
