97267 - Image: refreshing problem when URL is changed

Testcase:
---------
1. Create an image. Composer always asks for an alternative text. Type for 
example "blabla".
2. Change the URL of the image, using "Image properties".
3. Image disappears and the alternative text is displayed as normal text.
4. Select the alternative text and correct the URL, using "Image properties".

The user is not able to view this image.

5. Go to the "Preview" tab and then back to "Normal" - image appears.

This bug is resolved and verified as a duplicate but I don't think the correct 
bug # was used.  Could someone please add the correct bug # to this bug for 
future queries?  Thanks!
