steps to reproduce:
1. Load marketplace-dev on the latest firefox mobile nightly
2. Search for Twitter
3. Click on the install button for the Twitter app

expected behavior:
app is installed successfully

actual behavior:
Test fails with a 400

I couldn't reproduce this, but I did witness it happen on another device.
Bumping this up because its such a commonly installed app.

I can still reproduce this, I think this error is from the APK factory?

Production - https://controller.apk.firefox.com - looks good to me
Prod Review - https://controller-review.apk.firefox.com - Will fail until Twitter fixes their manifest

My apologies I had stage set in my config, when I switched to prod it worked.
