Once you delete a top site tile, the nav bar can't be accessed

Details

STR: 1) right-click a top site tile 2) select delete 3) try to navigate by entering a url into the nav bar result: you can't, the nav bar is obscured by the undo delete app bar I think this app bar needs a close button. The only way around this afaict is to close the tab, or hit F5 refresh.
