Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit the url
2. Wait a bit (site animates, animation triggers glitch sometimes). Sadly, it doesn't seem to produce trivially/100% reliably.
Actual results:
See attached Webstore Screenshot.
Scrolling the page a bit makes the glitch disappear again, so it's not fully unusable or anything.
Also I got this glitch happening on new tabs which may or may not be related: see attached Possible Related New Tab Glitch Screenshot.
It disappears once the tab has loaded completely (so after 0-2 seconds).
Expected results:
Proper display of the page, no glitches

The new tab render glitch which looks a bit similar, so I think it may possibly be related.
