Last year we discussed major changes to the AAQ that are documented in this Etherpad: https://sumo.etherpad.mozilla.org/london-experiments
This is a tracker to capture all the individual changes and work on as many of them as we can during Q1.

Kadir, you filed a bunch of bugs of things to change without any explanation of the problem. I would like to get answers to these questions (well, the second one is obvious):
• What problem are we trying to solve? (why are we doing this)
• Who are we trying to solve this problem for? (target persona)
• How will we know if we succeed? (what is the outcome we are hoping for)

Actually, you did explain the problem in most of them. But I'd like to make sure we follow up on all these changes and make sure they have the desired outcome. So, I'd like to know "How will we know if we succeed?"

Excellent question, Ricky. The goal is to increase the CTR of the AAQ by increasing the CTR of each individual page. We are successful if we can make a difference there. Unfortunately there is no infrastructure yet to continuously measure how many people make it through the AAQ. The numbers we used to decide on the measures I'm filing bugs for now are a year old by now. So, I'll provide numbers again to start us off and compare when we are done. That's not real A/B testing to be sure.

I think we are done here. We just need to measure and report on the changes we are seeing.
Thanks everyone!
