Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a custom field with 'Is mandatory' enabled and only appearing when a field is set to a specific value.
2. Enter a bug list and choose 'Change Several Bugs at Once'
3. Select a handful of bugs and change the field chosen in step 1 to the specific value.
4. Commit the changes


Actual results:

The bugs chosen are changed successfully. The successful change situation results in all changed bugs being effectively locked out from receiving new changes until the custom field is populated.


Expected results:

An error should occur stating that the custom field is required.
