rm c:\talos-slave\twistd.log.*
it should be this:
rm c:\slave\twistd.log.*

In any case it should be:
del c:\slave\twistd.log.*

Could you also update this line? 
C:\mozilla-build\python27\python c:\slave\runslave.py
to this:
C:\mozilla-build\python27\python c:\slave\runslave.py > C:\slave\runslave.log

I'm looking to use the runslave.py logging to figure out a bug we're seeing in our win7 machines (sometimes they don't start buildbot even after startTalos.bat runs).

I want this to happen in the morning to give more time to recover if anything goes unexpected.

Yes. I will kick the GPO to go live around 8 am West coast time. Unless earlier would be better. Just give me a time if that is the case.

The GPO is now live and linked to the tester OUs.

The GPO is set up as a file replace from  \\releng.ad.mozilla.com\SysVol\releng.ad.mozilla.com\files\startTalos\startTalos.bat to C:\slave\startTalos.bat. The GPO is named startTalos.
