On OS X, CMD+Opt+K opens the Web Console. The same keyboard shortcut closes the Web Console in Firefox <= 29, but does not in Nightly 30. CMD+Opt+I still opens and closes the Inspector pane and CMD+Opt+S still opens and closes the Debugger pane as expected.

Thanks for the bug report. This is the new and desired behavior, see bug 612253. Cmd+Opt+I and F12 are meant to be used for toolbox open/close.
