Steps to reproduce:

Set my downloads save file to as "g:". This is a valid path with proper permissions. This has always been my download path. 


Actual results:

Files are save to system default download path "C:\Users\username\Downloads"


Expected results:

Files should be saved to "g:"
This has been a bug since version 26. Version 25 works correctly.
