Steps to reproduce:
Upgraded to 29.0a2.
Actual results:
The bottom toolbar (below the page content) has disappeared and the primary toolbar has its content. There appears to be no way to restore this.
The URL entry field was squashed up by this. This is Not Good.
Expected results:
Bottom toolbar present, buttons not moved etc.

Please see the discussion in bug 940112 for rationale, other options for where you could put some of your icons, as well as add-ons that may help you.
