Steps:
- Scenario 1 (See video attached)
1) WiFi active
2) Navigate in Internet
3) Tap usage aplication
4) Tap Settings option

- Scenario 2
1) Use 3G
2) Navigate in Internet
3) Tap usage aplication
4) Tap Settings option

Actual result:
values isn't showed in 3G Usage" or/and "WIFI Usage"

Expected result:
Update values in 3G Usage" or/and "WIFI Usage"

Just adding that the root cause of this issue might be related to testrun build not having bug 964720 backed out from v1.3 branch (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=964270#c31)
