When sending HTML mail, it's possible to create a link that will trigger our phishing detector. We should discourage this by warning the user the mail will be flagged as a potential scam by Thunderbird.
Yeah, this could work similarly to the attachment reminder (and share much code). The user should also be able to dismiss this warning.

We might actually want to unify all of the composition "advice" bits we have, like the missing subject popup and big files too. There may be others...
