Steps to reproduce:
Go to mozillians user form
Click on help button on tshirt section
One dialog will come
Actual results:
Dialog is not vanish when I click on outside of dialog. It still there. Have to click on help again to vanish that dialog.
Expected results:
Dialog should remove when one click outside of dialog.
