I think we are managing the server, and domain http://mozillaquebec.org/web/ . There is a database issue, probably with Wordpress, but since I don't have access to the server, I can't check what is happening, and fix it.

Very belated bug find, closing out, as bug 1077512 comment 2 says the site was decom'ed.
