Description:
Contacts with photos shown in the call log still show the photo after it has been deleted if the user restarts their device.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20140218004003
2) Create a contact with a photo and number, then call (or be called by) the contact to add it to the call log.
3) Launch the Dialer then tap the Call Log button.
4) Select the contact with the photo to launch the contact info.
5) Tap the Edit button, then the delete icon for the photo, then Update.
6) Tap the Back icon and observe the appearance of the contact's info, noting the presence (or absence) of a photo.
7) Close the Dialer app then restart the device.
8) After the device restarts, unlock the phone and launch Dialer.
9) Tap the Call Log icon and observe the contact that was edited, noting the presence (or absence) of a photo.
10) Select the contact to launch the contact info and look for a photo at the top of the page.

Actual:
The photo that the contact originally had is shown on the contact's info in the call log.

Expected:
The contact's info has no photo since it was deleted and not replaced.

We've changed the call log design to not use photos anymore (bug 1045499) so this is now irrelevant.
